The thesis of the doctoral student (now Dr. ) Paola Lima Ferreira from our Laboratory, was chosen to represent the Postgraduate Program in Comparative Biology in the Capes Theses Award this year - 2020. It was the first Doctoral Thesis nominated to the award from the area of Botany in the Program. The Thesis was supervised by me (Milton Groppo) and Dr. Alexandre Antonelli (now scientific director of the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew).

A Tese da aluna de doutorado (agora Doutora) Paola Lima Ferreira, do nosso Laboratório, foi escolhida para representar o Programa de Pós-Graduação em Biologia Comparada junto ao Prêmio Capes de Teses no ano de 2020. Foi a primeira Tese de Doutorado indicada ao prêmio oriunda da área de Botânica no Programa. A Tese foi orientada por mim (Milton Groppo) e o Dr. Alexandre Antonelli (agora diretor científico do Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew).
